Your name, phone number, delivery address, preferred date, details of the material and volume you need, and your comment — only what you enter yourself in the request form or a message.

The data is used solely to contact you, clarify order details, calculate the cost and arrange delivery.

Requests are stored in a secure database and are accessible only to the staff who handle them. We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorised access.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to arrange delivery or where required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. When you contact us via WhatsApp, that service’s privacy policy also applies.
